Internal Account Manager

Personal Group are now looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our Location Management department in Central Milton Keynes!

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll play an integral role in helping our services reach even more employees across the UK! You’ll build strong relationships with our existing clients, arrange site visits for our field sales team and allocate work – helping us to achieve company set targets.
Our company works across a range of industries including (but not limited to) transport, logistics, food and hospitality. Our clients have multiple work sites, with employee numbers ranging from 10 – 1000 per site. Our Internal Account Managers need to make sure that each client site is visited, allocating working days and Field Sales Executives to ensure that each employee on each client site has the opportunity to meet with one of our team.
Our Internal Account Managers spend approximately 75% of their time on the phone. In addition to working on a range of client accounts, you’ll be responsible for managing the full roll out of site visits from initial contact through to gaining feedback.
This is a busy but rewarding role, allowing you to further develop your account management and relationship management skills!
Our Internal Account Manager role would suit someone with experience working in a customer facing environment. A background in telesales, internal sales, account management or lead generation would be ideal! You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the confidence and ability to engage with external clients.
Please be aware this role will be based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, but may involve occasional site visits to support Location Managers and the Business Development Team.
Salary: up to £25,000
Working Hours: 37.5 per week
