Account Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced client manager to join our Account Development department. At Personal Group we put the customer at the forefront of what we do and as Account Development Manager your challenge will be to grow the value of the accounts and retain the portfolio.

As an Account Development Manager, you will be the face of Personal Group therefore you must enjoy being in front of stakeholders to deliver solutions tailored to client’s needs, as well as seeking additional revenue opportunities. If you have experience in the Employee Benefits industry this would be an advantage to you.

Our clients span industry sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, retail and transport and are nationwide. Therefore, as Account Development Manager, you will be field based approximately 60% of the time but you will be provided with a company car (Audi/BMW/Mercedes) to make your travels more comfortable
