We are looking for an Account Manager to join us in a nationwide role.
At Personal Group, we provide an employee benefits platform and insurance products to large businesses throughout the UK. As part of our Account Management Team, you will liaise directly with our clients to schedule time for our Field Sales Executives to demonstrate how to make the most of our employee benefits app Hapi.
Our clients have sites across the country, typically from industries such as logistics, care, manufacturing, retail and transport. As Account Manager you’ll spend your time meeting with the managers of our client sites, to ensure the roll out of their benefits programme happens smoothly and in line with their expectations. As Account Manager you will be field based 90% of the time so it involves a significant amount of travelling but to enhance your comfort you will be provided with a company car and fuel card.
You will hold responsibility for the allocation of work to our Field Sales Executives within your work stream. You’ll make sure that our sales team have enough employees to see each day in order to hit their KPI’s, so that we as a business achieve our annual target.
To be a successful Account Manager, you’ll need experience and confidence meeting face-to-face with clients, customers or employees in a service/sales environment. Good client relationship management is essential.

Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience (plus bonus).
