Due to an internal move we are now looking for someone to join our Production Team as a Data Administrator.
You will play a pivotal role in onboarding customers on to Hapi – our employee benefits app providing support with investigating and resolving issues.
Previous experience in an administrative position and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel – with the ability to create Pivot Tables and use VLookup is essential.
Part of your role will be gathering data from our clients to set individual customers up on to the system, using Excel to check through the data and format it so it can be uploaded.
You will also be the first point of contact for customer support, receiving queries through a ticketing system and doing the initial investigation into any issues. This could be ensuring files have been uploaded correctly, if there have been configuration issues with the system and checking the admin log to find out what errors have occurred. You will then pass this on to the technical support team to solve the problem.
The Data Administrator will test and feedback on any changes to the platform, using the app as a customer would and feeding back on what worked, what didn’t and the overall user experience.
Though working within the wider IT team, this is not a technical role, it is providing general data support to the production and development team and also to our customers.

Salary is up to £26,000 depending on experience.
