We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our customer engagement helpdesk team on a fixed term basis covering maternity leave, providing a personalised point of contact for Let’s Connect customers. You will be joining a friendly supportive team focussed on delivering exceptional service, whilst helping deliver process innovation and efficiency.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be handling customer orders, amendments and cancellation requests, as well as scheduling deliveries and dealing with general product related enquiries. Experience of inbound and outbound calling and experience resolving customer complaints is advantageous. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products would also be a bonus!
You will be dedicated to creating outstanding customer confidence in the service and products offered by Let’s Connect, striving to delight each customer and continually looking to exceed expectations. We really hate to see our customers unhappy, so you will focus on complaint handling too.
Our Customer Service Advisor’s participate as helpdesk experts on related projects and initiatives, aimed at improving both our processes and customer experience. Some existing interest in the latest home technology would help you, but we do give on the job training, so this is not essential as long as you are excited to learn!
The office isn’t easily commutable by public transport so you will need a full driving licence and your own transport.

Salary up to £19,000 (pro rata for the maternity cover contract) depending on experience.
Full time 37.5 hours a week
