Become a Field Sales Executive
Our Field Sales Executives are essential to the success of our business. As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll represent Personal Group at client sites across the UK to communicate our fantastic benefits packages and available insurance products to staff.
We have over 400 clients across a range of industries, so as a Field Sales Executive you could be working in a bus depot one week and a distribution centre the next.
Appointments are pre-arranged, so there's no cold calling.
Our clients are based from Aberdeen to Land’s End, so you’ll be travelling the length and breadth of the UK.
What Can We Offer You?
We know you’re looking for great earning potential. At Personal Group we can offer you a £24k basic with a £35k OTE in your first year, and up to £60k OTE as you progress. You’ll have an uncapped commission structure and lots of incentives. Think international holidays, weekends away, opportunities to upgrade your hotels and car, team nights out and big cash prizes.

All new Field Sales Executives go through our 3 week training academy, so previous sales experience isn’t required. Your Senior Regional Managers (Wayne and Stacey), Team Managers (Dominic, Louise, Rob and Daniella) and your team mates will be there with you every step of the way.
