Group HR Manager
We are recruiting for a senior HR Manager to join us. Specialising in Recruitment, Talent and Reward you will provide operationally effective strategies for the business. Your experience with stakeholder management will enable you to build strong relationships with your colleagues to prioritise objectives and anticipate future recruitment needs
As HR Manager you will manage the established recruitment team working to further enhance their value added to the wider business whilst maintaining time to hire and source of hire targets.
Together with the L&D team, a vital part of the role will be to set strategy for talent management and attraction in line with the company’s ambitious growth plans, and ensure they are developed and rewarded competitively to retain them.
Lead the reward, recognition, compensation & benefits policies, using data analysis and bench marking methodologies to develop new initiatives ensuring we offer the best packages to attract high quality candidates.
You will be a solutions focused HR generalist competent in preparing management reports, analysing data and identifying trends for senior management and Board level.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Level 7 CIPD or equivalent experience
- People management ideally of a recruitment team
- Strong data analysis and Excel knowledge
- Experience of presenting to senior management
