We are looking for a highly experienced client manager to join our Account Development department and lead the strategic approach across key accounts. At Personal Group we put the customer at the forefront of what we do and as Senior Account Manager your challenge will be to develop client engagement strategies and client health and wellbeing objectives in line with business goals for insurance, SaaS and supply chain revenue.
It is essential you have a proven track record of growing account profitability and lifetime value from experience gained within the benefits industry as you will be a specialist in this area with a broad knowledge of different types of employee benefits.
Our clients span industry sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, retail and transport and are nationwide. The role will be field based but with the expectation of conducting virtual presentations and meetings as required throughout the COVID -19 pandemic, providing a flexible approach, to ensure a strong relationship is secured with our clients.
You will also work with the Account Development Director and the Head of Marketing to develop acquisition, retention and development strategies at Client and Customer level to increase policyholder and Hapi user numbers across all PG accounts.
