Our Employee Engagement Executives work to provide people with fantastic employee benefits and insurance products.

Personal Group has over 400 clients across the UK. You’ll need to enjoy travelling, as you’ll be visiting employees at client sites all the way from Aberdeen down to Southampton. We work in a range of industries too – you could be working in a bus depot one week and a care home the next!

The hours can be long and it will take hard work, but we offer a great commission structure and incentives package to keep you motivated.

Your Senior Regional Managers (Wayne and Stacey) and Team Managers (Dominic, Louise, James, Rob and Daniella) will be there to provide support and development. The managers all started out as EEEs, so they really know their stuff!

Previous sales experience is not required as full training will be provided.

As an Employee Engagement Executive, we can offer you:

  • £20k basic/£35k-£55k OTE + uncapped commission
