We worked with Oxford Bus Company to develop a bespoke Employee Engagement solution for their entire workforce. The company employs 950 people in the UK, including part-time staff, and is heavily male-dominated. In fact, 85 percent of the company’s workforce are men, most of whom are constantly on the move and behind a wheel.
