Sunrise Senior Living wins big at Employee Benefits Awards
Personal Group’s client celebrates winning the Most Motivational Benefits Award
Personal Group are so happy to announce that their client, Sunrise Senior Living has won the Most Motivational Benefits Award at the Employee Benefits Awards 2017.
The Employee Benefits Awards are held each year to celebrate the key players in the world of HR who go above and beyond for their staff through innovative benefits and rewards.
There were lots of incredible candidates in the running and Sunrise were recognised for their fantastic reward and recognition programme that is housed on the Personal Group Hapi platform. The care services company have a lot of staff who are based in multiple locations, often with very little access to a computer. The idea of their benefits platform was to enable Sunrise to hold all of their Reward and Recognition initiatives in one place. From awards to e-cards, surveys and internal comms, staff can access all they need, at any time, wherever they are.
Sunrise have named their Hapi Platform “Your Choices” and it was certainly developed with choice in mind. Personal Group developed the platform in order to facilitate a vast selection of Rewards and Recognition features and is now recognised by staff as a positive area to visit both inside work and at home.
The results speak for themselves, it is clear the Sunrise Team are really invested in their Reward and Recognition programme. Their 2017 annual survey showed that Sunrise Senior Living’s engagement score of 85% has grown year on year and is not slowing down. The top performing category in the survey was Reward and Recognition and they ranked 28% higher than the UK benchmark. This doesn’t just show that Sunrise staff are invested in reward and recognition, it also shows how important Reward and Recognition is within the care sector. With turnover down by 6% in the last 12 months at Sunrise and retention rates on the rise, it is clear that their staff are happier when they are recognised and rewarded.
