Merseyrail had worked with us for 5 years. They decided to move across to the Hapi platform to give their benefits portal a bit of a makeover and we had exactly what they needed.

Background

Merseyrail liked what Hapi had to offer. Customisable, easy to use and attractive to the employee – it really did tick all of the boxes.

We were also able to incorporate their existing reward and recognition platform within Hapi, with a single sign on process to help make it even easier for employees to access.

Process

Merseyrail found the onboarding process straight forward and simple.  With a dedicated project manager they knew that we had everything under control.

We sent our passionate people to meet with Merseyrail staff to talk them through the platform and get them registered. A communication plan was also agreed where we helped Merseyrail figure out the best way to communicate their platform through the intranet and via e-shot messages.  LCD poster screens and dedicated benefit poster boards were used to showcase the platform.  Now employees receive regular e-shot updates on the latest benefits.

Outcome

Hapi has been received very positively amongst Merseyrail staff, with both the number of employees signing up to the site increasing, in conjunction with an increase in the numbers of employees utilising the benefits being offered.
