Our group expertise and portfolio of services enables us to act as an agent for change. We empower businesses to be a mobiliser of social change. Employers are uniquely placed to change people’s behaviours in order to benefit society, this may be through DE&I initiatives, wellbeing support, financial awareness or protection policies which we support and enable them to deliver.

Our holistic offering has been designed to support and engage employees and their families from all demographics, including those from lower income groups. In particular we aim to support lower income groups who find it difficult to access appropriate financial service products. Our simple, easy to buy and low-cost protection products meet a gap for people who may find it difficult to use the internet for financial service products.

Progress in 2022

  • Delivery of Budgeting Bootcamps, available for free, to both our employees and our clients. Programme designed to increase ‘money-confidence’ and provide tips and tools to manage money to support people through the cost-of-living crisis.
  • Signing of the menopause pledge
  • Campaigning and providing guidance on Fair Pay at leading industry events.
