The Hapi Hub
Our Hapi Hub is a cloud based management information reporting tool. It gives you the ability to see what your employees are doing in real time, which benefits are most engaging and which employee services are most in demand. This allows you to tailor your benefits promotions and drive user adoption. Your Hapi Hub dashboard shows system usage and activity trends, employee spend and the savings they’ve made as well as employee and manager feedback and EAP usage.
The reporting and analytics are one of our most popular features of the EAP service. As well as supporting employees with impartial and independent advice, the ability for HR to see which areas are causing most distress to employees, whether this be stress, financial worries, relationships or workplace bullying, HR can use the EAP reporting to highlight which areas their employees may need some additional support.
With our EAP service, as an employer you have the ability to see a variety of reports on your employee's usage of the service, including the following:
- Total Calls – shows the total number of calls relating to counselling and legal information
- Face to Face – shows the total number of cases that have taken place
- Usage by Month – a graph showing the number of users per month so you can pinpoint any trends in when your employees may require additional support
- Breakdowns of Calls – management information reporting on the proportion of male or female users, day and night calls, type of support required, etc.
