Client Services Administrator

Permanent position

 

Salary up to £20,000.

Flexible hybrid office and home working

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent Administrator to join our busy Client Services team.

This is a key role for our Let’s Connect business, to ensure our customers receive their high spec Tech as ordered!

Day to day activities will include:

  • Confidently liaise with clients via telephone and email to swiftly help with their queries
  • Reconciling customer order data on spreadsheets
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of clients set up
  • Ensuring that individual benefit schemes are delivered in line with client needs
  • Supporting the overall progress of benefit scheme administration
  • Proof reading of project documentation and other materials to ensure good quality content
  • Occasionally represent Let’s Connect at project ‘roadshows’ during benefit scheme order windows

 What are we looking for?

  • Previous administration experience gained in a busy office environment
  • Experience liaising with clients and internal managers, sometimes at a senior level
  • A confident individual who is happy to work autonomously after initial training
  • Experience of planning and managing multiple tasks at once
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel
  • High attention to detail with a knack for spotting errors/problems!
