The Company has been informed by Ken Rooney, Non-Executive Director, that he has today purchased 3,989 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.8167 per share into his personal ISA.
Following this transaction, Ken Rooney has an interest in 6,242 ordinary shares of 5p each representing in aggregate 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Further detail is provided below in accordance with Article 19.3 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
